What do women really want? That’s a question guys have probably asked before. Deep down inside, even if they don’t know it… women really want TOOLS! They want to know how to use them and be handy! Next time you’re looking for a gift for that lady in your life head on over to Home Depot or Lowe’s, grab a little tool organizer and start filling it with essentials. My toolbox is a little larger than what most ladies would need because they’re probably not going to be building with wood.
ESSENTIAL TOOLBOX:
-Cordless drill (this will be the most expensive but very handy)
-Case with drill bits
-Regular philips/screwdriver
-Hammer
-Assorted sizes of nails
-Level
-Pencil
-Pliers
-Wire cutters
-Scissors
-Measuring tape
Don’t forget her how to use these things! 🙂
I remember in High School I had a little red tool box filled with random tools in my closet and I used it all the time! I can’t tell you for what exactly but I was always pulling that thing out. I’ve accumulated a lot more tools since then and have been keeping them in scattered places. I just bought this new tool organizer and I LOVE it! It makes my life so much easier that I can just grab and go.
WHAT MINE HAS:
Organizer with common screws and nails I use, brad nails for my nail gun and assorted grits of sandpaper for my orbital sander.
Gloves for staining, wood putty and putty knife, wood glue and handy little triangles to keep things off ground for paining/staining.
My new cordless drill and bits that I absolutely love! Sometimes I pull it out just to look at it.. don’t tell anyone!
Pencils (you can never have too many), hammer, wood file, mallet, c-clamp, square and measuring tape.
Allen wrenches, knife, pliers, wire cutters, phillips/screwdriver (I love this 2-in-1 kind) and scissors.

I got a little toolbox (shaped as a flower haha) at one of my bridal showers and still use it a lot. I use to carry around a hammer in my purse too!:)
